Designed with the newbie in mind. Drop in Saturday morning at 10 am and check out our gym, meet our sensational staff, and start off your weekend with a FREE class workout. (All exercises can be modified to suit your fitness capability.)
*Completion of Elements Training is not required for participation within Free Community Workouts

Jibboom 30-Day Challenge
